Our wedding packages are tailored to suit most Cyprus wedding needs, but we also offer additional hours for those that need them. These prices below are available for weddings in Paphos or local surrounding areas.
To confirm bookings we require a non-refundable retainer fee - this fee is deducted from the package price listed below.
All packages include *UNLIMITED photos and are provided in a private online gallery within 6 - 8 weeks after your wedding date.

Important Information

We are Daniel & Charlotte Kelly: a husband and wife photo & film team based in Cyprus, and originally from Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.
We don't outsource any of our work, when you book The Kellys, you get The Kellys!
Our start time for full day photo package is 2 hours prior to ceremony to cover prep (Or 3 hours for photo & video) but for those not interested in prep coverage, we can instead start 30 minutes before ceremony, if this better suits you.
Our style is mostly candid, meaning that we will capture real moments as they unfold during the day - trying not to interfere. The exceptions of this are the formal group photos and the bride/groom portraits - where we will help position people where necessary, but we believe the best photos are as natural as possible.
After your wedding day you will receive your photos and film, all professionally edited, within a period of 4 to 8 weeks - These will be provided in a private online gallery where you can view, download and share as often as you please.
We always strive to get your photo and film to you as soon as possible and outside of peak season the wait time is usually less, but please remember that we always want to give your photos and film the dedicated profssional editing time that it deserves.
The full day package usually includes around 500-700 photographs, but we don’t set any limit - you receive all the desirable images taken on the day.

Our video packages are designed for couples who want something more than photos to remember their special day, but also don’t want a large team of people following them with cameras all day - our photo and video packages offer a simple but romantic and cinematic video solution which only requires our two-person team and still follows our candid and natural style.
Our video packages include a short cinematic highlight film which will feature key moments from your wedding edited to music - Please check our website and social media channels for examples of what you will receive.
Due to copyright law we are unable to use unlicensed music on your wedding video, but we have a subscription to www.EpidemicSound.Com which features alot of amazing songs you can choose for your video, or alternatively we are happy to choose the music for you.
Your cinematic wedding film won’t contain audio such as vows or speeches - just the music soundtrack.
But we do offer additional documentary style videos of the vows and speeches - available in our top package.
Before your wedding day we will arrange a pre-wedding meeting which is a great way for us all to break the ice before the big day as well as to go over all the finer details together - if a meet-up is not possible we will arrange a facetime chat.
Be aware that some Holiday Tour Operators may strongly imply that you cannot book your own suppliers - such as ourselves - but you can!
We have worked and continue to work many wedding bookings made through Tui, etc. Only venues can restrict who can work there, not travel companies - We are approved suppliers of Olympic Lagoon and Asterias Beach Hotel.
So if you are unsure please just ask and we can confirm whether we can be your photo/video team.
A retainer fee is required to confirm your booking which is non-refundable.
This fee is deducted from the total package cost.

FAQ
How do you photograph weddings?
Our style is mostly candid, meaning we will try to interfere as little as possible and focus on capturing real moments and the real atmosphere of your wedding day. The exceptions to this are the formal group photographs where we will help to organize people and also the couples portraits where we will help to pose you only if you'd like some guidance.
Where are you based?
We live in Paphos, Cyprus and photographing weddings here is our full time job, we love it!
We tend to visit our less tropical home of Newcastle Upon Tyne every winter to see family and celebrate Christmas!
When should we book our wedding photographer/videographer?
Wedding photographers in Cyprus typically are booked 1 to 2 years in advance (Especially for the peak season months: May/June/July) So our advice is to secure your desired photo/video team as soon as you have booked your wedding date - to avoid disappointment.
We also limit our total number bookings per season as we believe in quality over quantity. We don't outsource our work, all our weddings are covered by us; a husband & wife team - We want our couples to receive the best service so never over book ourselves.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 6 - 8 weeks.
We always aim to get your photos to you as quickly as possible as we know you are dying to see them! But during busy peak season please be patient with us and know that we want to give your finished gallery the dedicated editing time it deserves.
How many pictures will we receive?
For 8 hours coverage, you will receive roughly 600 - 800 fully edited images. But we never set a limit, you will receive all desirable images from your day.
Do you photograph same sex weddings?
Of course we do! We believe love is love and everyone deserves to marry their soulmate - we can't wait to capture your special day.
My tour operator says I have to book one of their photographers, am I allowed to book you?
Yes. We have worked and continue to work many weddings, booked through operators like Tui, at various wedding venues.
Tui will say you have to book one of their suppliers, but it is YOUR wedding and they don't control the wedding venue/hotel - only the venue its self can set restrictions on who can work there. If you are unsure just ask us and we can clear up any confusion.
